To all my peeps living in the states, happy belated 4th of July, I hope you all had a great long festive weekend. I hope getting back to the mundane-ness was easier than expected for everyone.
Today, I’m introducing a new label Lillie by Ruthie it’s perfect for the new age ladies/girls. The label satisfies the need to don current trends also making sure its apt for the season. This floral cami dress set was perfect for my 4th of July weekend and also for the hot weather. Cami dress sets were so cool back in the 90’s and I love embracing some old trends, especially when they are perfectly tailored for your body. This set is so breezy and the floral print adds a slight variation to the structure of the dress. I remember back in the days when this layering trend of slipping into a cami over a tee shirt was such a craze. Everyone on MTV was wearing it and clearly I wasn’t getting dirty with my fashion game in my teens. So why miss out on your favorite old trends because fashion is all about wearing what you love and having some fun. And to think we wouldn’t have been able to wear layers in summer, huh, as if. I also pulled on a choker just to re-instate the 90’s trends and paired the dress with my white sneakers (they are practically a part of me). OK, enough reminiscing now, if you loved this set check out Lillie by Ruthie. They have a really cool collection of clothing pieces that flaunt some original designs and are very well made too.
Also, after like forever I tried something new with my hair. On usual days I’am really lazy to spend time on my hair and experiment with it. I’am not going to lie I was rather skeptical about this hairstyle decision. But the summer finally got to me and I needed to get my hair away to avoid breaking into sweat beads.
I hope you enjoyed the post, thanks for reading. Have a great short week ahead.
