Happy 2017, you guys! I hope you all had an amazing time celebrating and welcoming the new year with a lot of love and laughter. We had a great time prepping and getting together with few of our close friends for a house party which was a lot of fun! Also, hoping you’ve had a great start to the year 2017, already six days less but 359 more to go! Wow, time sure does fly. Anyway, I’m all pumped and I really hope I’m able to accommodate all that I’ve imagined for this year and more. This month is sure going to be a busy and an eventful one. I’m going away to India this month end and I’ve got a tonne of packing and planning to do. I’m a last minute hustler and unless I’m burdened with anxiety plus squeezed out every bit of my energy, it just isn’t fun! Anyone else with me? For some reason it appeals to me that I get everything done in a short span of time, even if that means almost dying due to stress! May be I should sing, I got 99 things to do and I ain’t moving my butt!
I’ve been as crazy as the others about the off shoulder trend since summer and it is here to stay. I can say that because winter isn’t stopping the trend to fade out. Brands are now carrying off the shoulder/cold shoulder sweaters and sweater dresses. It’s amazing how a trend can transform itself for different seasons and still be this popular! I loved this soft pink off shoulder sweater, call me crazy but I enjoy the cold weather and this trend is perfect in a city like mine. If you’re someone who hates the cold, you can add in a cozy blanket scarf over this. It’s an amazing way to show off your neckline plus stay warm! Another trend that’s been around is the back pack doubling up as a shoulder bag. How amazing is that? You can wear this bag two ways just by adjusting the straps plus it has a lot of space to hold all that you want.
I hope you enjoyed this post, let me know if you too have been loving the off shoulder trend in winter. Thanks for stopping by, have a great day ahead.
