Oh, hello sweet summer!
So, officially summer has kicked in full swing and the temperatures in Atlanta absolutely vouch for that too. This means more sunshine, longer days, darker tan, lesser Netflix and more chilling by the pool. Also, If you haven’t already noticed, we’re halfway into the year and I need someone to pinch me to believe that! It’s an amazing and alarming fact for a person who thought this year had JUST begun. June is almost calling it an end and in no time this year will fly by in a blink. I think it’s safe to say that on my huge ‘this year is the year for..’ over ambitious list, I’am crawling at a snail’s pace. No, but seriously I need to get my ass moving and jump right into the things I’am hoping to accomplish this year. Perhaps, for you too this year has flown by and your pace has been easy and light. Or may be it has been a brutal slog. Or perhaps it has been a mix of both. If any of you are at the same stage, then let me assure you I’ve got your back. Because I’m probably slacking right behind you, literally! But no matter how our journey has been till today, let’s pause to reflect and celebrate that we’ve made it this far.
So summer’s here and it’s all about comfortable, loose and breathable clothing. I cannot stress enough on how much I love shift dresses. The simple fact that they aren’t over clingy and so breezy for summers gets me on board with them instantly. This casual shift dress from Tobi is honestly by far my favorite dress this summer. Yes, I’am all about casual comfort clothing always, that is as real as I can get. The neon pink on the shoulder and sleeve is a perfect color for the season. This dress does send out a very sporty chic vibe at the first glance, but you can actually dress it up for the evenings too. I’ve mentioned the link to this dress incase you’re interested, also Tobi has a great collection of dresses with a 50% off running right now. Make sure to check them out.
Thanks for reading, have a great day.
